자주 묻는 것

사진은 어디에 저장되나요?

기기 안에만 저장됩니다. 저희 서버로 보내지 않고, 저희는 열어 볼 수 없습니다. 자세한 것은 개인정보 처리방침에 적어 두었습니다.

사진을 전부 꺼내고 싶어요.

설정 → 모든 사진 내보내기를 누르면 사진 앱으로 전부 저장됩니다(긴 쪽 2048픽셀). 무료 사용자도 제한 없이 쓸 수 있습니다. 라이브러리 하나만 꺼내려면 그 라이브러리 설정 → 사진 앱으로 내보내기를 쓰세요.

계정을 지우고 싶어요.

설정 → 계정 삭제에서 즉시 지울 수 있습니다. 저희가 보관하던 이메일 주소도 함께 사라집니다. 기기 안의 사진은 앱을 지우면 함께 지워지니, 남기고 싶다면 지우기 전에 먼저 내보내세요.

구독을 해지하려면?

구독은 App Store가 관리합니다. iPhone 설정 → [내 이름] → 구독에서 Yesterme를 골라 해지하세요. 저희 앱에서는 해지할 수 없습니다(Apple 정책). 무료 체험 중에 해지하면 요금이 청구되지 않습니다 — 체험 마지막 날 전에만 하시면 됩니다.

알림이 안 와요.

iPhone 설정 → 알림 → Yesterme에서 알림 허용이 켜져 있는지 보세요. 앱 안에서는 라이브러리 설정의 알림 항목이 꺼져 있지 않은지 확인해 주세요. 그날 이미 찍었다면 그 라이브러리의 알림은 스스로 꺼집니다.

기기를 바꾸면 기록이 따라오나요?

사진은 기기에 있습니다. 새 기기로 옮기려면 iPhone의 기기 이전(빠른 시작)이나 iCloud 백업을 쓰셔야 합니다. 그게 어렵다면 옮기기 전에 모든 사진을 내보내 두세요.

결제했는데 Pro가 안 풀려요.

설정 → 구매 복원을 눌러 주세요. 그래도 안 되면 구입에 쓴 Apple 계정으로 로그인돼 있는지 확인하고, 위 이메일로 알려 주시면 확인해 드리겠습니다.

Common questions

Where are my photos stored?

On your device only. They are never sent to our servers and we cannot view them. See the privacy policy for details.

How do I get all my photos out?

Settings → Export all photos saves every shot to the Photos app (2048 px long edge). This is free for everyone — never gated. For a single library, use that library's settings → Export to Photos.

How do I delete my account?

Settings → Delete account removes it immediately, along with the email address we stored. Photos on your device go away when you delete the app, so export first if you want to keep them.

How do I cancel a subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by the App Store. On your iPhone go to Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, pick Yesterme and cancel. We cannot cancel it from inside the app (Apple's rules). Cancelling during the free trial means you are not charged — just do it before the last day of the trial.

I'm not getting reminders.

Check iPhone Settings → Notifications → Yesterme and make sure Allow Notifications is on. Inside the app, check that the library's Reminder is not switched off. Once you've taken that day's shot, that library's reminder turns itself off.

Will my record follow me to a new phone?

The photos live on the device. Use Apple's device transfer (Quick Start) or an iCloud backup. If neither is an option, export everything before you switch.

I paid but Pro isn't unlocked.

Tap Settings → Restore purchases. If that doesn't do it, check that you're signed in with the Apple Account you bought it with, then email us at the address above and we'll look into it.
